Full Service REO Broker / Realtor

I currently work with more than twenty Banks/AMC's as a Listing Broker/Realtor.  What do I mean by "Full Service"?  We do the following:

  • Cash for Keys:  I am VERY good at completing relocation agreements.  I pursue CFK long after other agents give up.
  • Maintenance:  I have vendors that can take care of everything from lawns, pools, misc. repairs to major repairs.
  • Open House:  Your homes are held open two to four days a week with both a loan officer as well as a Realtor at the property!  We "grow" buyers from all our open houses in order to sell assets quickly.
  • Neighbor relationships:  I talk with neighbors and they call me if there are problems with your home instead of calling the City.  I let them know we want to sell the asset as quickly as possible and get a new owner that will take care of the home.
  • Inspections:  We look at each property at least once a week.  Any issues are quickly addressed to avoid complaints from neighbors or City inspectors.  If a home is kept up it doesn't attract negative attention.
  • Sprinklers: I like working with automatic sprinklers.  I program your assets sprinklers so that the yard is green, alive and healthy.  Great curb appeal unlike other REOs with dead lawns.
  • Answer the Phone:  Seems simple, right?  I answer my phone.  If a buyer calls they talk to me 90% of the time or I call them back within an hour.
