Rachel,

I wanted to pass on a note of gratitude and amazement for the loan
process I recently went through.

As you are aware, for a number of reasons, we needed to get our loan
application taken, underwritten and approved, in less than a week.

This, in my experience, is unheard of. I told my wife as much - that
there is NO WAY to get a loan closed that quickly - especially on a
holiday (Memorial Day) shortened week.

By a combination of diligence, great process, and MOST importantly GREAT
PEOPLE - your team was able to get the loan approved and funded in record time.

I especially wanted to point out the exceptional work provided by
Shannon Williams. She was efficient, great follow-up, and kept me

This is a quick note from Keith & Joyce Scott, the parents of Nicole Costales. Not a day goes by that we don't stop and recall how thankful we are to you for the prompt and efficient way you were able to process our loan application and mortgage on the house we purchased in Arizona City.
