  History:

Established in 2004 when Kathy studied for her real estate lesson with little Rachel at her knee. Ten year old Rachel even attended a few open houses and charmed Lookie Loos with her own interpretation of built-in bars (kids' kitchen,) master bedroom (this is where the mommy and daddy sleep) and mud rooms (a fort for boys to play.) Luckily, after graduating college her real estate acumen grew to match Kathy's as they melded their separate education and experience into a dynamic, powerful, client oriented partnership.
