Passionate about Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, Ontario, Fontana, Chino, Chino Hills, Pomona and La Verne Real Estate. CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). Ca. D.R.E.# 01489453
You'll Share My Passion
Since moving to and buying a home in Upland, CA. with my family in 1987, we have raised a son in this fantastic community. We have seen the value in both the local schools and the amazing university systems in the state. We have enjoyed what Southern California's Inland Valley has to offer and have become real Ambassadors for this thriving area.
When you move to an area, certainly it IS very important to consider your real estate needs, BUT, you should also ask yourself "how will I enjoy life once I get there?"
Living in the Inland Valley cities of Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, Fontana, Ontario and the surrounding communities has great variety. Consider just a few of the things you will experience:
Enjoy the many lush, green valley communities with beautiful mountain backdrops. In just an hour's drive, you can be in the desert with Joshua Trees, cactus and vast panoramas, a grandure all it's own.
There are fresh water activities in the valley to enjoy and the Pacific shore not far from here.
Just imagine, swimming in your own pool, and then going snow skiing just a couple hours away the same day.
See Major and Minor League Baseball - FROM THE STANDS,
Go to NBA Basketball games or Collegiate Athletics of all kinds,
Play scenic golf courses geared for either enthusiasts or duffers,
We have Nascar and world class drag racing events locally,
Spend an afternoon at some of the worlds greatest art exhibits: The Huntington Library, The Annanberg Space for Photography or the famous Getty Center to name just a few,
If you like to be outdoors, our parks, walking trails and bike paths are of the very best.
And this is just SOME of the fun stuff!
If your first thought is BUSINESS:
California is one of the worlds' largest economic areas.... More business is conducted here than in many entire nations, even during a tough national business climate.
We have great transportation of all kinds - Interstate highways, International Airports, rail freight and daily commuter trains to the big city.
There are convention centers for any size event and available real estate for manufacturing, distribution and retail enterprises along with a vast, educated and willing work force.
The Inland Valley is the place to be. Towns that are the right size to have a sense of community, yet close enough to take advantage of big city life. Living here is both exciting and contagious.
Give me a call if you have questions about this great area and I'll try to help. No... I'm not a tour guide, but I would love to help you find your next home close by. Real estate in Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, Fontana, Ontario, Chino, Chino Hills and Pomona are my specialty.
"Building Relationships Through Service"
My real estate activies in the Inland Empire of California, focusing on Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Alta Loma, Pomona, Ontario, Claremont, La Verne, Fontana, Chino and Chino Hills. Because I limit myself to these communities, I stay on top of the activity LOCALLY and am able to help you make good home buying decisions, provide strong representation as either a listing agent or a buyers agent. I won't try to be all things to all people even though I am licensed to sell property throughout Californis.
Southern California is larger than some whole states. While my license allows me to sell real estate throughout the state, realistically I limit myself to only that area in which I can stay knowledgable.Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, Fontana and surrounding cities.
