About Us:
I was born and raised in St. Paul and currently live in the Macalester Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul. I love the Twin Cities, love the city neighborhoods and love helping people buy, sell and invest in real estate here. I provide excellent service and receive rave reviews from my clients regarding my service. I am experienced in Short Sales and representing buyers and sellers in these types of transactions. I am fluent in Spanish and the Latino culture. I work with first time buyers, single women, growing families needing a bigger home, investors and distressed sellers.
In 2008, I created the The Rochelle Allison Real Estate Team to ensure that our clients were provided with excellent service. With the amount of business and the referrals that we continue to receive it was necessary to create a team specialized to handle different aspects of the real estate transaction. The team is structured to provide our clients with excellent service. We have a listing coordinator, transaction coordinator and a short sale coordinator. I work with our team to ensure that my vision for our service is implemented consistently and efficiently.
Once a listing contract is received in our office, our client coordinator, Nita, handles the implementing of all the details and marketing of that listing. In addition, Nita handles the buyers and sellers that we represent which have an executed contract. She ensures all the details are handled so that our clients get to the closing table to successfully complete the purchase or sale of their home. Nita ensures that the short sale packages are submitted and move through the process at the bank. We follow up diligently to ensure that our client's short sale is approved as quickly as possible.
I handle all the listings and some buyers as well. I work with distressed sellers to help them understand their options, that foreclosure is not always necessary and to help them avoid foreclosure. I work with traditional sellers to market and sell their home to sell for the most amount of money in the least amount of time.
The Rochelle Allison Real Estate Team realizes that every family and person is different and they require service to suit their specific needs. We are flexible enough to provide service to meet their needs in a warm, personal manner.
