Who am I?
Born and Raised in New Delhi, I lived in Kenya for 13 years before I moved to the U.S. in 1999. I speak fluent Hindi, Punjabi and Kiswahili besides English.
I have Specialized and deep rooted insights into Real Estate markets in Windemere, Gale Ranch, Dublin Ranch and other parts of San Ramon. People say they have extensive knowledge, but I prove it. I consult sellers on how the buyers will react to their home even before it hits the market and vice versa !! My guidelines are based on a day to day movement in the market, and I do not have to look at comparable sales on a computer to tell the client the fair market value of the home ! I possess an innate skill and judgement on pricing homes and am accurate 98% of the times. Who will tell you the story behind each home? Only a person who KNOWS !! Being an immigrant myself, I totally understand the mindset of the immigrant/ diverse buyer or seller. I have assisted my clients in being pre-emptive in judging the other side, how to plan a course of action and how to create the desirability and negotiate hard.
Not one of your typical sales person only thinking about commissions- my role is to be my clients’ best guide in making the largest transaction of their lives based on the extensive knowledge I bring to the table. It is only when one provides honest, ” shoot from the hip” counselling to clients,it lays the strong foundation for trust and long term relationships- and that is my secret to success.

Born and raised in India, I moved to the United States in 1999 from Nairobi, Kenya. Having worked in the media industry for 17+ years, I am proud of my communication skills and know that timely dissemination of information is key to creating a strong customer base. In my last job, before I changed careers, I was working as a Director of Corporate Relations with a non profit ethnic media advocacy group in San Francisco.
San Ramon has been my home since 1999 and I have seen the Valley grow right before my eyes.The growth in population, change in demographics, increasing business outlets has been quite interesting. The tree-lined streets of this beautiful city, with its pictureque golf courses, lush green hills and peaceful living have added to the charm of my life here and I do not see myself moving anywhere else !

Having lived in San Ramon since 1999, my knowledge in the Tri Valley area is extensive. I am a valuable source of information to families moving from other parts of the Bay area to San Ramon. Taking an active role in community events, I keep in close contact with the residents of Windemere and Gale Ranch through community events and my continued support as the Title Sponsor of the TCA- SRCA cricket tournament.

I have been a resident in Windemere since 2004 and have seen this community build out in a short span of time. There was nothing but open hillsides where now Gale Ranch stands and thrives.Home to the top rated schools in the Bay area, young families are moving to this area in droves to give their children the best level of education in a safe and friendly community.Shopping, recreational and sporting parks, Walking trails are a hallmark of this fantastic community. I have always adopted new technology to help me generate the statistical data to validate my "in the trenches" experience. My new AVM technology can help sellers price their homes accurately and competitively. My Housing Value Report also emails clients on how the value of their home trends on a monthly basis. For buyers, I can generate reports on the properties they are interested in, to show them the appreciation values over a 10 year analysis period- which is a very powerful tool to decide if a property is worth putting their money into.
I follow the prices and trends in San Ramon very closely and hence am able to guide sellers and buyers in this area. Understanding the needs of the consumers of today who want substantiation, I provide statistical data to back up my knowledge.
