We just finished our refinance with Randy andwe got a letter from our insurance agent that our insurance wasn't paid and we got a cancellation notice.  I called Randy and he reviewed our closing statement with us. (again) He pointed ou that the funds for the insurance were collected at closing and he assured us that he would get it taken care of. Within an hour he had someone call me letting me know that the funds were being "overnighted" to our insurance company and I had a tracking number to make sure of it.
