RAPB Foundation Inc. The RAPB Foundation, Inc. is a charitable foundation created to provide housing services and education to further home ownership and support community housing initiatives. 

The Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches (RAPB) Foundation, Inc., in collaboration with Housing Partnership, Inc., has made available experienced housing counselors to interested home buyers at no cost.
