Ask anyone who knows her to describe Nancy’s business approach, and “total customer focus” is a theme you’ll hear time and again.
This commitment to sales through service is the result of Nancy’s broad industry experience. Prior to joining Chicago Title in 1996, she was a Title Representative for Lincoln Title, Cal Counties Title, and South Coast Title; and she served as VP of Funding for Palmwood Development and Project Manager for REDC.
Nancy’s professional development also includes a Bachelor of Science in Professional Business Management from CSULB as well as a Teaching Credential in Business Management, Real Estate, and Marketing from CSULB. She was also awarded a Certification in Presentation Skills at Irvine Valley College and has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 1992.
Look no further than Nancy’s track record to discover that creating customer loyalty is the pathway to success. She’s been a member of Chicago Title’s prestigious Castle Club (for generating over $1 million in revenue annually) every year since 1997. And she has received the President’s Award for Outstanding Service from the Greater Long Beach Association of Realtors.
By leading seminars, presentations, and meetings, Nancy increasingly focuses on serving customers through delivery of education and training. Her aim is to empower brokers, realtors, and lenders with knowledge about the latest products, services, marketing tactics, and laws affecting the real estate industry. Ultimately, this strategy helps her to deliver maximum value to real estate buyers and sellers alike.
