In November of 2004, I left my former brokerage and joined Keller Williams Realty Greater Cleveland... I took that transitional period as an opportunity to re-think everything about my real estate business. It dawned on me that, while I was doing very well, I knew I could do even better. Tiger Woods had recently changed swing coaches, and he re-built his golf swing from the ground up! I should do the same with my Realtor business.
