An active member of the REALTOR community as a member of the Government Affairs Committee, the Grievance Committee that oversees any complaints made against a REALTOR in SKCAR, a member of the Special Committee for Consumer & Business Affairs for Washington REALTORS, an active member of the Land Use Committee for the Chamber of Commerce for Seattle, and I am a Director for the Washington REALTORS. I enjoy being an active contributor in my community as a professional, a leader and a good citizen.
I have been in real estate since I finished studying economics at the University of Houston. I am currently licensed in both Washington and Texas. I love working with everyone from first time home buyers to the sophisticated real estate investor. In fact, I started my real estate career while I was still in college as an intern for one of the top REALTORS in Houston, TX and can say that that mentorship still benefits my clients today. I have been in real estate for just over five years now, but have the benefits of a 25+ year veteran in the industry as my foundation.
I also pride myself on being readily available to my clients and members of my community, making real estate my chosen profession as opposed to a part time job, I am 100% committed. If you have any questions an email will always get a real response, I do not use drip campaigns to send out generic emails to "keep you in my channel", if I miss a call I will return it the same day I receive it within a couple of hours at most. My work day is from 6:00AM to Midnight 6 days a week, taking only one day off for worship and service to my community.
As an active member of the REALTOR community I have access to the latest information on state laws, tax incentives and envirnomental housing issues. As a result, I like to consider myself well informed to help my clients in almost all real estate transactions.
I do enjoy helping clients find their home, rather than just a place to live. That includes helping you find the right community with the right features from schools, to stores, restaurants, parks and whatever might make a potential house into your new home.
We ran into so many problems buying our first home. We almost gave up three times!! But Raymond kept saying that everything would work out and "he would take care of it." Now we're still in the house he helped us buy.
