I have dubbed myself 'The People's Realtor' because of my desire to educate my clients.  I am interested in every client I work with being able to independetly analyze and make decisions about real estate transactions in a dispasionate business like fashion.  I believe in the intelligence and ability of the general public and I truly believe if given the right information they can build wealth and handle their most valuable investment (the home) in an intelligent manner. 

At this point I specialize in listing homes.  I am a former auditor (MBA in accounting and finishing up the requirements for my CPA license) so I keep my expenses as low as possible.  I prefer expired/cancellations and For Sale By Owners.  This strategy allows me to come into contact with all manner of transactions and unique situations.  Which is what I love and enjoy!  MY former experience has definately made me a jack of all trades in that every single real esate transaction can be and must be handled in the same manner as a corporation would.  Emotional attachment must go and the most beneficial situation chosen.  I believe my experience makes me an expert in all areas, as all transactions boil down to the sentiment above.

I also specialize in military relocations, both into Everett, and out of Everett.  I have a wide range of familiarity with the plight of the sailor here in this lovely city as I was formerly stationed right here in Everett at Naval Station Everett.  I also have a very large database of rentals and for free I can refer a person to several places that will rent to them if that's what's needed.  I am here to help.
