They made the decision to move to North Carolina from their previous home in upstate New York (Saratoga Springs) where they had lived their entire life. Sandy and Dick both hold a Brokers license in North Carolina. They have been recognized in the top 2% of agents nationwide. When you ask them to represent you in meeting your real estate goals you can depend on their knowledge, expertise and quality service.
Dick is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Certified Broker Manager (CRB). He has over 20 years experience in real estate with 15+ years in sales and management. Dick provides the marketing guidance along with the accountability of the team. He makes sure that the team is on the leading edge of marketing and technology in order to successfully promote themselves to the public. He is continually involved in re-development of their multiple web sites and marketing materials and assists Sandy with buyers and sellers. Dick also holds the e-PRO designation. Both he and Sandy are Internet-savvy and always remain ahead of the technological curve. This specialized training helps them deliver the highest quality service to customers and clients.
Sandy was the first agent in Wilmington to obtain the e-PRO500 Internet Professional Certification in 2000. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and has obtained the designations ofCertified Residentical Specialist (CRS) and Granduate Realtor Institute (GRI. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from SUNY Empire State College. Sandy and Dick also participate in local charity events and are active members of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.
