About Me:

Rachel LaMar is a Broker with LaMar Real Estate in the North San Diego area. Rachel has been a top producer and has high ethical standards. A licensed attorney and member of the California Bar Association, Rachel practiced real property law, among other areas. She is very knowlegeable when it comes to the purchase contract and also to tough negotiations. She handles all her own paperwork and clients feel confident knowing that they will receive excellent representation throughout the transaction.

Rachel has written an ebook entitled Mortgage Walkaway Options, which is designed to help those who are facing foreclosure or are/will be unable to pay their mortgages.  This book was the first on the market providing options to foreclosure. Rachel is very involved in the local community, from the school PTA up to the county level, where she is a volunteer speaker for the Adoption panel of the San Diego Health and Human Services Department.  Rachel has written a novel, writes for a local magazine and occasional editorials for local newspapers, and loves to spend free time with her husband and children.
