With over 30 years in the mortgage industry, my expertise and ability to solve a plethora of problems helps both clients and real estate agents in completing housing purchases as smooth as possible. During my thirty-plus year tenure in the mortgage industry, I have become intimately familiar with a plethora of topics related to home loans and home buying. I specialize in military relocations.  I will pre-approve your VA financing prior to you leaving your current duty station.  By utilizing the most efficient communication tools, you will be kept informed at every step in the process.  Day or night, I am available to get in touch with 24/7—even on weekends and holidays.  My goal is to serve those who serve us.

Throughout my career, I have also become an expert on FHA loans, construction loans, and Rural Development loans. However, I am knowledgable about nearly any topic in the business and always take the effort to find refinacing offers for my clients. I am currently looking towards the future with new technologies such as green energy inside the home and, likewise, am expanding my expertise. I have used this expertise--and continue to use this expertise--to conduct seminars for potential clients and other professionals in the home buying and/or banking industry.
