About Us:

I have been in the mortgage industry for 7 years.  I have worked as both a Mortgage Broker and a Loan Officer.  I currently work for the largest mortgage lender in Collier County and the country, Countrywide Home Loans.  I can offer more products and benefits to your clients than anyone else.  One of our many benefits is that all of the Underwriting, Processing and Closing is done right out of my office, which is centrally located in Naples (next to Borders Book Store).  You and your clients are welcome to come in and see how Countrywide locally operates; feel free to ask any questions.  This is a major plus for some of those purchases that have last minute blemishes or need a quick closing date.  I also have experience in the title industry, in which has come in handy many times.  I have recently obtained my real estate license.  I choose not to practice, however, I am educated on exactly what agents go through during the purchase transaction.  Another plus that I offer my agents, is an info sign for their listings.
