In a Nutshell

After being born and raised on a farm in eastern South Dakota, I have been living over 17 years in the East Valley of the Phoenix area, where weather permits enjoying hiking and mountain biking year around. Having spent most of my adult life engaged in sales and marketing as well as a decade of preparing income tax returns for small businesses, individuals and real estate investors.

 


 


Why Commercial Real Estate?

I have for many years had knowledge and interest in real estate as it relates to rental properties, tax deferred 1031 exchanges, real estate investments held in a self-directed IRA and such, so it seemed a natural fit for me to become involved in sales and marketing of Commercial Real Estate.
