A Little About Ronda
I am a full time residential real estate agent that specializes in single family homes and condos in the Jacksonville area. I feel that now, more than ever, communication is critical in the real estate industry. We live in a generation of technology that affords us numerous means of keeping clients informed about their real estate proceedings. The real estate market conditions change almost daily and I feel it's critical to keep clients up to date on current market conditions. I keep communication with my clients as my number one priority. I think that feedback, both negative and positive is critical to the successful sell of their home, or the timely offer they might make on a property. I pledge to keep the lines of communication wide open through daily emails and phone calls as needed. I get constant feedback from prospects and showing agents. I pledge superior service for every client, whether you're buying or selling.
I have recently recieved the Designated Short Sale Specialist certification. I am active in the short sale and REO market in Northeast Florida. I represent both buyers and sellers of short sale and preforeclosure homes.
Areas I Serve
I work with buyers and sellers in the St Johns County area, Mandarin, The Beaches, The NorthSide, San Marco, Murray Hill, Riverside, SouthSide, and Baymeadows areas of Northeast Florida and the Greater Jacksonville area. At one time I specialized in single family homes but have broadened my area of expertise to include Condos and Townhomes. I think the days of Realtors "specializing" in small segments are probably over. Our industry demands that we know a LOT about different areas and take classes and continued education in every facet of the business. I attend at least one class every quarter. Usually two or three.
