Ready 2 Stage is ready 2 serve Athens & Cleveland, Tennessee and surrounding areas with a variety of services offered to home sellers wishing to improve the resale value of their properties and those wishing to redesign a trouble area in their home.  We offer in-home consultations for home sellers and special discounts for Realtor Partners.

 We will prepare the seller's home to emotionally appeal to buyers, so that they can imagine living there.  We also take photos of the staged rooms to be used in their marketing efforts.  With over 84% of home buyers searching the internet 1st, it's critical that your home marketing photos be outstanding.

 The first challenge of a Realtor is convincing the home seller to have their home staged.  We can help with this task by taking the pressure off the Realtor, because we are expected to "critique" and make suggestions and comments about the home.

 Realtors can easily incorporate the staging service into their business by partnering with Ready 2 Stage and including a consultation with their listing package.  This will also give you industry status.  Agents will want to show your listings--professionally staged, move-in ready homes.

Professionally staged homes sell 50% faster and for 6-10% more money than unstaged homes.  This will give you happy clients.  The cost of staging is much less than the first price reduction.  Stage it first!
