About Me:

Good day!   My name is Glenn Gaspar and I work at First American Team Realty as a REALTOR.

The question being asked is "Why would you consider selecting me as your real estate agent?"

While working in the hotel and convention service's industry I was taught a key business concept...The guest and customer come first!  During my years working at Disneyland they taught me that everyone who came into the park was a guest.

I have incorporated these two concepts into my business as a REALTOR.  In fact to some extent I consider myself to be your "Concierge of Real Estate" where you can obtain most of your needs with just a phone call or e-mail.

Another reason why I stand out comes from my passion in teaching those who are either first time home buyers, or individuals who are seeking a deeper understanding about real estate.   On a weekly basis I keep up with courses which add value to my abilities in order to better service you.

A final note here...Over the years I have become very involved in my community with REALTORS.  For example, I was the office manager at First American Team Realty for 2 years which has about 100 agents.  At Pacific West Association of Realtors I am the past Chair, 2006, of the Grievance Committee which I was actively involved with over a 4 year period.

In addition to this I am presently, at PWR, on the Professional Standards Committee, on the Board of Directors for PWR's Charity Foundation, and a member of the MLS Citation Committee which reviews cases against agents regarding MLS violations.  So as you can see I take my status as a REALTOR seriously.
