Who Are We?
At The Real Assistants, we pride ourselves on being "The Final Piece to becoming a Top Producer." We stand firm behind the philosophy that "Behind Every Successful Real Estate Agent, is a Real Assistant."
As the daughter of a stay at home mom turned, real estate agent, The Real Assistants founder and Ceo, Tasia Fauntleroy, realized that in order for her mother to balance her work life and family life, that her mother would need to enlist the help of an assistant. Tasia could always be found researching, or showing her mother how to navigate and build her business website, as well as doing other things to assist her mother with her real estate career. Tasia's mother, soon enlisted her to be her personal assistant, and taught her all the ins and outs of real estate, giving Tasia first hand experience in the business.
Being the entrepreneurial minded woman that Tasia was born to be, she realized that her mother could not be the only person with this problem, and from that thought birthed, The Real Assistants!!

The Real Assistants is a full service real estate assistant organization, with a number of services to assist real estate agents in attaining the most success as possible. Where some companies want to be good at many things, The Real Assistants, would rather be great at one thing, therefore we focus our efforts solely on the needs of real estate agents.

Listing Assistance, Database Assistance,Virtual Office Assistance, Mailing Assistance, Research and Analytics, Web/Graphics Managements, Customized Services to help you meet your real estate needs!!
How We Can benefit You?
We are here to do the things you don't want to or don't have time to, so that you can spend your efforts building client relationships, showing houses, or spending time with your family.
Unlike many other virtual assistant companies that charge $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on the service needed/difficulty, and require that you purchase a 5 hour minimum. Our fees are one flat rate that averages to be about $9 an hour. Our sales motto is "Use us when you need us." This being our preferred method as it allows us to be a virtual partner and continually get to know your business and needs. We also offer, generous discounts on multi day services and a 10% discount to all clients the come from the Active Rain Community.
