About myself.
I've been with Coldwell Banker in Littleton, NH for over 12 years. In June, 2010 we joined forces with Coldwell Banker LinWood Realty in Lincoln, NH. It's been quite an exciting change for us, and our clients and customers have responded very positively as well. Sales are are actually up significantly, no small feat right now! Our market area in Northern New Hampshire (White Mountains region) is a mix of rural, small town America with a vibrant vacation/2nd home market. Often people have been vacationing in the White Mountains for years until they decide it's time to enjoy their own vacation home.
Coldwell Banker Covey Realtors had been in business for 30+ years, Coldwell Banker LinWood Realty has been in business over 28 years so there is a ton of experience at our fingertips. We have some excellent financing options available, including (for most buyers) one phone call mortgage pre-approvals through Coldwell Banker Mortgage and some really pro-active local lenders who want to do deals now.
I believe in a strongly pro-active and hands-on approach and am prompt in my responses to questions and concerns. I don't have my own agenda; what the clients and customers want to accomplish is what I'll be focusing on. I follow up consistently so people who have interest in buying or selling aren't neglected and we can do business when they're ready.
I'm an avid reader and self-professed news junkie and try to be aware of the larger world around me. I take courses to stay on top of the latest information, above and beyond the continuing ed requirements. I'm a firm believer that learning takes place everywhere, all the time; especially in everyday situations. I bring my experience and knowledge to the table, along with some out-of-the-box thinking to make things happen!

Expertise and Professional Associations
I've worked with many first-time homebuyers, guiding them through an unfamiliar process. I find it extremely rewarding as well as honored to be a part of something so important to them. There's nothing quite like watching their joy when they get to the closing table with big smiles on their faces; a new phase of their life starting.
Vacation and 2nd home buyers have unique needs and requirements. I'll listen to them and understand what they want to find, and what time frame and type of property would create the environment, down-time fun, and space they crave.
We also work everyday with people looking to move within the same basic geographic area, whether upgrading, downsizing or looking to changing and improve their financial situation. Again, the way I can be of most assistance to the buyer (and not just running around with them looking at homes) is to first really understand just what they want and need to accomplish with this move, and what their "best case scenario" would be.
