Working with buyers or sellers I work hard to give the results that the clients expect. When listing we market the property so we recieve the amount that the sellor is pleased with and done in a stress free manner. With buyers we research the market so that we find the right fit for the buyer and when they make that purchase they are confident they have made the right choice for the right price. With my experience in the real estate market we can make your next transaction a enjoyable and stress free time.
Areas of Expertise
I enjoy working with first time home buyers and guiding them through the process. It gives me great joy to see them at closing and recieving the keys to their new home and knowing that it was a fun and stress free time. With first time homebuyers I work with many banks that have expertise in the first time buyer. Some times it takes a little time to get things in order to buy, but more often than not it all works out.
When I work with the step up buyers my degree of dedication doesn't change, everybody is important to me and I treat every client with the respect they deserve.
My specialty is having a listing that sells quickly for the price that the client desires, and having a buyer overwhelmed with excitement on the purchase of their new home.
We provide CMA's free so the client can see how we price their home an how long it may take to sell.
