My Approach Gets You The Best Deal
In looking back at all my SOLD transactions in Real Estate, I would say that over a 50% were first-time buyers. Apparently, my style and expertise was greatly appreciated and well received by these buyers, who now are past clients always pushing my name and service to anyone they can. What is my approach?
- Prepare every buyer-very important to understand the myriad of steps in this process. Remember, you are likely buying the most expensive item in your life, I don't care if it's a co-op, a condo, a house or a mansion. Location, Credit Scores, Financing Options, Needs vs. Wants, Amenities... this is the prep work that pays off in the end.
Let me not forget my experiences as a LISTING Agent for Sellers. I have put together a special 23-Step Top Dollar Marketing Plan that I utilize when listing a property for sale. Its purpose is two-fold;
- Lays out a process and plan to prep, market, show and sell your property.
- Emphasizes the continuous communications I will provide to my sellers. On a pre-determined basis, we review showings, comments and online statistics so EVERY one of my sellers is not wondering "what is going with my marketing and sale"?
Save Energy, Save Money, Live Better
Green Building and Energy Efficiency should and will be crucial elements of building design and home renovations. Energy prices WILL NOT go down. We all should realize this by now. You can slash your monthly utility costs, in some cases 30-40%, by demanding Energy Star properties. More and more surveys of Buyers show the desire to have and buy Green and Efficient properties. The dilemna now is there are not enough conscientious builders who incorporate these features. There is also a lack of knowledge for some buyers and Real Estate Agents.
