After a treacherous year of searching for a new home in this crazy market, my husband and I had just about given up. We were out-bid, taken advantage of, tired of the emotionally draining search to find our new home. One day, I walked into an open house and there I found my saving grace. We feel you have shown us great attention to detail and hard work in the short time you have had the listing. We greatly appreciate your willingness to host weekend Open Houses on Sundays and one Saturday.
You have done virtual tours, updatednumerous websites, advertised in newspapers and sent postcards to local offices and neighborhoods along with surrounding communities. New brochures and neighborhood school reports have been updated weekly, as have the websites. You have followed up with all visits to the house and given feedback when asked.
