I am an Advanced Inspector and owner of Complete Inspection Service. Service area is San Antonio, TX and surrounding counties. I have been in the inspection business since 1994 with License #3630. My primary goal is to represent the "buyer" and also to educate the "seller" that the inspection prior to listing is important.

• More about me: I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Moved into the home inspection business in 1994. Married (my high school sweetheart) and live at Canyon Lake, Texas. Canyon Lake is located between San Antonio and Austin Texas. We have two married sons and four grandchildren.

Why real estate agents love me? They love me when they contact me to inspect family or even properties they may be interested in purchasing for themselves. Why? I am known as the "picky" inspector. My job is to conduct a thorough inspection of the property, followed with a report that will indicate items in need of repair or further evaluation. I also inspect septic systems and sample water wells in rural areas.

I am an Advanced Inspector, I carry E&O Insurance, participate as a member in TAREI and SATAREI functions and, as required, attend certification update classes to remain certified. I enjoy what I do and enjoy the repeat business I receive.
