Description
Providing creative real estate marketing strategies, your website will work better to increase site visitors and drive more leads. The added bonus is better SEO rankings. Educating for better results.

About Dakno:

As Vice President of Dakno Marketing, a real estate web design and marketing firm, I use my past "real world" experience as a Realtor with Merrill Lynch Realty along with corporate sales/marketing acumen developed at Delta Airlines to provide a solid platform for client coaching, blog coaching and website development. Recently retired from Delta, I love to offer my expertise in online and offline marketing technology with a keen understanding of real estate to an ever-growing list of Who's-Who in the real estate marketplace.

Are you still with me or did I lose you after about the second sentence. You see, here are the facts - bio's are, for the most part, about the most boring read in the world. I could actually see your eyes begin to glaze ove and roll back in your head. And even worse, they're an absolute pain to write. A bio should be for you and how you will benefit by a relationship with our team.

So what I'm about to do breaks all the rules. You see, writing great copy actually gives me a charge and I love it when site visitors "get who you are as the site owner". I could write about all my great experience and blah, blah, blah, but doesn't everybody do that? Why should I have too! If I'm not sharp enough for you, then Brad (the owner of Dakno and my son) should have hired someone else. You should expect a successful marketing firm to hire super smart, talented people who possess the where-with-all to create great websites and write magnetic web copy. My clients are expecting me to coach them and to write information-rich articles and offer great information that connects them with their prospects. Is that a challenge? Not if I know you - the real you with all of your passions, your fears and your aspirations. That's the real you. That I can work with. Besides, I get a bad-time kick every time a new lead hits your inbox. It tells me we did it right.

So that's the mission. To take you and make "you" come across on your website. To be sincere and empathic so you can "connect" and relate with your target market. When that happens, I'm fulfilled and we have succeeded because you are positioned for greater success. That's what I live for (well - I actually live for my wife and kids) but after that - it's YOU! So - if you're ready to break the old rules and have someone who is passionate about your success write your copy - I'm your guy. We are Dakno Marketing and we want you to succeed!

Sample Writings

If you are wondering about my style as a writer, I recommend you read a few of my blogs here at Active Rain and on our corporate blog site. I'll post other examples from our websites at a later date.

Quick note: Just because I write in a very casual, conversational fashion does not mean I can't relate well to luxury oriented buyers and sellers too. They are regular people too and we find all that is required is a different choice of words to ensure we "connect" with that targeted audience effectively.
