About Us:

I am very proud to say that I have successfully represented both Buyers and Sellers for over 11 years now and I couldn't be happier about what I do!  I am a member of the National Board of Realtors, Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, North Carolina Realtor Association, South Iredell/Mooresville Chamber of Commerce, and the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce. My clients needs are of the upmost importance and I do all that I can do insure their happiness.  Real Estate is just something that I love.  Everyone has to be somewhere right? I take pride in being the one to help them find that PERFECT somewhere. With my successful experience in negotations I not only find somewhere they like, but at a price they LOVE. My flat fee services are great for the seller who is having a hard time moving their home on their own, but still would like to maintain an agent free sale. As for buyers, my rebate program is a wonderful way to reduce closing cost blues or just put a little extra CASH in hand. My biggest satisfaction is making customers like you achieve their real-estate goals. I am passionate about what I do!
