Jayme, you may not remember me, but you called me some time ago (earlier this year) because I had visited your site several times and I told you that "two weeks ago I was looking for my husband and I but now I am looking for myself" and you spoke into my spirit about not acting out of emotion and flesh but to be prayerful about my decision. And that really blessed me because it allowed me to reconnect with my spiritman to stand still and allow a Godly decision to be made about my situation and as you see my husband and I are still together. It also spoke volumes about your character. You could have taken advantage of my emotional state and sold me a house quickly, but instead of focusing on the sale, you took time out to minister to me and because of that, I'm sure you know, you and your business will always be blessed. Thank you so much and you are in my prayers daily.

Ms. Gooding was my realtor some three years ago when I was attempting to sell my parents home. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and ease of communication facilitated what turned out to be an extremely quick and profitable sale.
She paid critical attention to the appraised value, our asking price, the buyers' options, capabilities and straightforwardness. She steered the transaction away from an unqualified buyer quickly and effectively. Additionally when there was a miscommunication on the other agent's part relative to the closing transaction, Ms. Gooding graciously split the monetary difference instead of charging it to the buyer or seller.
My parents being elderly created natural communication difficulties and impact sensitivities. My parents adore her to this day for her thoughtfulness and her personal touch to a difficult period in their lives. They were moving from their primary residence to a senior community.
I selected Ms. Gooding as our realtor based on the professional and always courteous manner that she conducted herself based on our work interactions. The advertisement on her vehicle (which I saw every working day) was a reminder of our conversation much earlier before we retained her services, in which she discussed her interest in providing quality professional services if the need arose in the future.
I also had previous knowledge of Ms. Gooding's desire and actions relative to community interaction and her volunteer ministry. This added to my desire to work with a business person who believed in their community beyond the business side.
Ms. Gooding, I would say, represents what the realty industry should present as a shining example of what a professional Realtor should always be.
Thank you for the opportunity to share.
