And that really blessed me because it allowed me to reconnect with my spiritman to stand still and allow a Godly decision to be made about my situation and as you see my husband and I are still together. Ms. Gooding was my realtor some three years ago when I was attempting to sell my parents home. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and ease of communication facilitated what turned out to be an extremely quick and profitable sale.

She paid critical attention to the appraised value, our asking price, the buyers' options, capabilities and straightforwardness. She steered the transaction away from an unqualified buyer quickly and effectively. Additionally when there was a miscommunication on the other agent's part relative to the closing transaction, Ms. Gooding graciously split the monetary difference instead of charging it to the buyer or seller.
