We are writing this letter to relay to you our experience with Justin Singletary. We are from out of state (Northern New Jersey), and we randomly called a Realtor as we were driving through Georgia. As luck would have it, we were paired with Justin Singletary. Even though he knew we were just driving through on our way to Disney, and that we were thinking about eventually, possibly, relocating to the Savannah area, he lined up over 10 homes for us to see - he accomplished this overnight! We went looking with him and were very impressed with what he had put together in just a few hours. The time and effort he spent with barely potential clients was outstanding!
We returned back to NJ with such a good feeling we kept in touch with Justin. He would e-mail us homes he thought would interest us and was always just a phone call away for our questions. Six months later we made our decision and were ready to relocate. Justin compiled a large list of beautiful houses for us to see - we were only staying a few days so he was kind enough to have a marathon of homes ready to see. We were looking at high end houses in 'The Landings' and had fallen in love with the perfect home. Later that night,in our Hotel room, we realized this was a huge move for us with an extraordinary amount of money. If this relocation wasn't what we dreamed of ... we just made an enormous investment and then what? We called Justin in the morning and told him of our second thoughts. He was kind enough to say "No problem, I understand your fears!" He then, within just a few short hours, compiled a whole new list of homes with all of our wants, in the area we liked for more then half the price. Though his commission had just dropped drastically, his thoughtfulness, professionalism, and concern for our happiness never changed!
