I must tell you I really dislike these About Me pages!  My belief is that what is most important is YOU and how I can help you find the home of your dreams. So, in a nutshell, here is what I promise to do for you:

I will work my hardest for you at all times. As an Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR © , I have special training and experience in representing buyers and their best interests.  I will always put your needs and what is best for you above all else including my commission!  Many of my clients have bought homes for less than they expected to spend because I matched the home to their needs and not the price to their ability to pay.

• I will be available by cell phone from 9A-7P seven days a week.  I am a full time agent and have no conflict with another job. If I don't answer it means I am with another client.  When I am out with a client they get 100% of my attention, just as you will when we are out together.
• I will answer all emails on the same day I receive them.
• I will always return your calls promptly.
• I will provide outstanding customer service to you at all times.  If I don't know the answer to your questions I will search until I find them. I will always honor your requests for more information and keep you updated at all times on our progress whether we are searching for a  home for sale in the Rhinebeck area or are in the process of purchasing a home.
• I will help you find financing, an attorney, a home inspector or any other service person you might need.
• I will help you visualize how your furnishings will work in your new home.  I am also a professionally trained home stager and can help you see the potential in the homes we view.  As a stager, I can recognize things like poor traffic flow, scaled down furniture and cosmetic changes that enhance the home but are not part of the home.
• I will share with you my experience of living in the Rhinebeck area for the past 30 years.  Unlike many agents, I live in the area and I know all that the Mid Hudson Valley  has to offer.
• I will uphold the Realtor ©  Code of Ethics in all of my real estate dealings.

I believe every client deserves equal time, effort and respect. Whether you are renting a home, purchasing your first home, buying a weekend home, downsizing, upsizing or selling a home in any price range my commitment is to serve all my clients with customer service that is second to none!

One of my geatest pleasures has always been helping people achieve their goals. I have done this in many ways over the years. As a supervisor in a clinical laboratory, I helped my staff climb the career ladder. As a customer service trainer, I helped my clients deliver customer service that was superior to their competitors. As the owner of my own antique shop, I helped my clients find the perfect pieces to furnish their homes or add to their collections. And last, but not least, as a mother I have helped my children realize the goal they set for themselves. My dream really is to find the home of your dreams!

I have lived, worked and raised my family in the Mid Hudson Valley for almost 30 years and believe it is a wonderful place for all of those things. It would be my pleasure to help you achieve your goals when it comes to real estate in the Hudson Valley.

My service area is the Mid-Hudson Valley.  Most often I represent buyers looking for homes in Rhinebeck, Red Hook, Tivoli, Germantown, Pine Plains,  Hyde Park, Staatsburg, Clermont and the surrounding areas.  I particularly enjoy working with first time homebuyers and with single women who are starting out or starting over.  Don't get me wrong, I love to work with families, single men and couples also.  As an ABR my primary focus is working with buyers but I do occasionally represent sellers as a listing agent.  I am a professionally trained Home Stager and offer my services to my sellers as part of my service package.  Home staging can make a huge difference in the way a home is perceived by a potential buyer.  My staging background is also an asset to my buyers. My background  enables me to see beyond what a home they are viewing looks like and help them envision their own furnishings in a home they are considering buying.
