Bio and Husband/Wife Team
Having lived and worked on both sides of Lake Washington for 18 years I have a great knowledge of the many neighborhoods of Seattle, North Seattle and the Eastside. I represent both buyers and sellers.
My husband is a builder and general contractor with 35 years experience which gives me knowledge of a house's underpinnings and the potential of a property. We are able to offer our sellers free cleaning, staging, minor upgrades, pressure-washing and landscaping with a full listing.
We are experienced in all types of sales, i.e., bank sales, auctions, foreclosures, short sales, vacation homes, luxury homes, short plats, land development and rental properties. We love our work and work hard for our clients.
