Hi!   Thanks for checking me (Bob Timm) out. I live in Minot ND because my childrens only living grandparent lives in Minot. It's important to me that they know at least one grandparent. I was orphaned before my kids were born (I was like only 43 when they died). My mom would have loved these kids, Tina is 8 and Timmothy is 6. I live with, and am married to their mom and have been for 10 years. My family and I are active members of two local churches (we love the pastors and both church families so much we just alternate churches). I belive in the Golden Rule. I treat you like I wish I was treated. I won't "SELL" you a house, I will show you homes until you find "The House" you want to make home, no matter how much time it takes or how many miles we put on my car. I am easy going, I have a good tolerance for screeming kids, and I understand "I need some asprin, can we continue tommorrow". I don't mind short notice, I can adjust my schedule. I'm a Realtor, one who cares about YOU!

When you live in a small community like Minot ND you have to be able to present Residential, Commercial, Farm, Ranch, Swampland (for hunting of course), and whatever. I'm an expert at tinkering with stuff, kinda good at golf, fixing computers, and oh ya Helping folks finding "The Right" House. I don't have all those initials behind my name that you and I have no idea what they are. What I do have is integrity, patience, an eye for problems in a house that need addressing, a pulse and a licence.

Here I'm going to tell you what a Saint I am. Ya Right, there is a reason we go to two churches, it's in case I get us thrown out of one! My civic involvement is: I'm on the board for our local chapter of Habitat for Humanity, I'm in the Minot Camera Club, I worship, I golf but I don't worship golf although I often pray when I golf "Oh God, just One hole in 1, please". I'm sure there is some other stuff I do but it's past my bedtime so I gotta go now. Thanks for taking the time to read about me.
