I became a Realtor after my son purchased a home and he was so proud he did it on his own, he told me after the fact!  3 Years later that home in another State went in foreclosure. His type of loan was awful, his debt ratio showed he couldn't afford that much house for himself and 3 children and the home was no deal! I asked him questions to discover  the Realtor gave him no respresentation and was only interested in her commission. That purchased hurt his family for years and I will never forget it.  Since then my passion is to find the right home, investment for the right person/family! To ask questions and listen. To be truthful and look out for all persons concerns. To make the American Dream of Home ownership become possible. I have families of generations that call me on their 2 and 3rd purchases when upgrading and I am Proud to Say All my past & present Clients whether buying or selling have all come out well!
