I am an active realtor who specializes in selling and listing residential and commercial properties in beautiful waterfront locations like Treasure Island, Passagrille, and St. Pete Beach, Florida! Everyday I live and breathe sunshine & real estate and I truly love what I do for a living! Simply put...I love my clients and I work hard to make sure they love me too. Excellent customer service and availability is key. I am a strong believer in the theory that you get back what you put out there. I like to always try to put positive energy out to whoever I am dealing with, whether it be other agents, clients or vendors. It really makes a huge difference. All my clients are treated like they are the most important people in the world, because to me they are. My office is peppered with thank you notes and cards from clients happy with my efforts (once I even had a client send me a small TREE! but it was a lucky tree she claimed) and that makes me feel really great and ready to get up every morning and do it again! Going the extra mile is no problem if it means clients will be happy and get what they truly desire. I consistently match paradise to people everyday and I am very good at it too. If you become a client of mine or an associate you most likely become a friend too and that means you will have a friend in real estate for life!
