As for home buyers- I work with folks who are first timers (Property Virgins!), buyers looking to move up and expand their horizons/space & I also work with Investment buyers. On the home selling front, I am comfortable working with "first time" home sellers all the way to the experienced.I We will create a marketing plan & execute it forcefully. It will be tweaked as we go along so that we will stay competitive in the market.

Fewer than six percent of the 17,500 Connecticut area residents holding real estate licenses were selected.
A survey was provided to all Connecticut area residents who purchased a home over $150,000 within a 36-month period (October 2007 to October 2010), 25,000 subscribers of CONNECTICUT Magazine and 250 mortgage and title companies.
