My name is Reshawna Leaven. I have been a licensed Realtor® since 2002. I have also been a Notary Public since 2006. I am currently with Keller Williams Realty in Alexandria, VA serving Arlington County, Alexandria City, Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, Stafford County, Prince George's County (MD), Montgomery County (MD) and surrounding areas.
I have listed, sold and managed property investment properties. I also list and sell foreclosure properties for lenders and asset management companies as well. In 2005, I was awarded "Multi-Million Dollar Producer" Award from the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.
In 2006, I began working with lenders to explore ways in assisting home owners with options when they are facing foreclosure. Loan modifications and pre-foreclosure sales are just a few options available to homeowners. I also list and sell foreclosure properties for the bank and asset management companies as well.
