I live in Council Bluffs on the Iowa side of Omaha--I work mostly in the central part of Omaha towards the west.

As a Realtor of 12 years and before that a data researcher for the assesors office of pott county I have sold homes from all the way down in Sw Ia--Bedford-- to up in Missouri Valley--over in Bellevue to Gretna and in Elkhorn.
The past two years has been fun for me because I have help several people buy a Condo Downtown and currently work on the project calles the Jlofts!!!! on 13th and Jackson--new construction/condos.
Old and new--reused and slightly lived in--home--land and condo--farm--whatever anybody needs help with I am there.
I really am getting to know the downtown market to south omaha very well and willing to share my information that i have gathered over the years to help!!
