We provide staging and marketing services for Realtor's listings in and around the Charlotte, NC area - including photography, creation of flyers & brochures, virtual tours and various assistance.

About Us:

With over ten years of public relations, marketing and real estate experience combined, I started The Realtor's Assistant in 2007 as an on-call service to help Realtors in and around the Charlotte, NC area.  I work with a wide range of clients, including some who are at the beginning of their career and needed the experience that we are able to provide.  Other clients have full in-house teams but choose to consistently have The Realtor's Assistant handle their listings, knowing that the job will be done quickly and efficiently.

We currently provide staging, photography and full marketing services including the creation of flyers and brochures.  Additionally, we also handle all entries of information and photographs for submission into MLS, Zillow, Craig's List and a Realtor's personal web site.  As of 2008, we are now pleased to provide personal newsletters to help Realtors keep in touch with their growing list of clients, in addition to the coordination of a wide array of closing gifts for your home buyers.

Member of: Real Estate Staging Association, VANA (Virtual Assistant Networking Association), and the Staging Excellence Alliance.

I pride myself in helping Realtors turn their properties into the top listings in their area, regardless of the location or price.  I work within a wide range of staging budgets and make sure that every room shows at it's best, using various lighting techniques and quality camera equipment.  I put my heart and soul into each home to ensure that each listing I handle for my client is at it's competitive best.

A Realtor's job is hard enough, and their valuable time and efforts should be spent towards assisting their clients in buying and selling homes, not on the many hours needed to effectively market a listing.  A Realtor excels at real estate, we excel at assisting them.
