Since I have moved to Rapid City in 1990, I have spent 11 years installing and refinishing hardwood floors throughout the Rapid City area and the Black Hills. This experience has put me in alot of homes in the areea, and given me an insight in home construction and the needs and desires of homeowners. I enjoy technology and graphical and web design (hey- not a pro...still learning stuff!) which I use to better market homes online and on the internet.
Knowing the need to get listings online, I provde a personalized website for each property - www."youraddress".com. Included with each website are multiple pictures, lots of information, any documents pertinent to the sale, and links to other helpful information. I go the extra mile to make sure the property is well exposed on many website portals.
Specializing in first-time homebuyers and out of town buyers looking to relocate into the area, I have the skills and personality to inform buyers in a way that makes them feel comfortable. I do all I can to sell them what they want without a pushy salesman mentality.
I am dedicated to lending a helping hand wherever needed. My goal is to be a help to people - whether it be a smile, a word of encouragement, or helping clients find or sell their home.
Other than that...young guy with family (4 kids!), looking to be the best real estate agent I can.
