I love working with First Time Homebuyers!  I achieved my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) to help my buyer clients achieve their dream of home ownership!  As a buyer you need an agent that has your best interests in mind and not their sellers!  

As a Certified Negotiation Expert I have been taught how people negotiate and how to negotiate for my clients to give them the edge they need to make it a win-win situation for all involved.

It is a wonderful feeling to know I have helped someone throug the whole process of buying a home and that they trusted me to help them through the whole transaction.  I do my best to teach the first-time buyer all of the things they need to watch for that they might not have thought of on their own.
