About Me:
My name is Troy Bilbrey. I am an active Realtor and Loan Officer in Southern California. I am a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors, as well as a member of the California and National Association of Realtors. I have been striving for excellence in this field for the past 4 yrs. Buyers and Sellers utilize my background on the Loan side as well with the Real Estate side. Having the knowledge of both gives my clients peace of mind when working together. I can help buyers find the home they want quicker by setting them up with their own personal web page to make it convenient to search for the home they are looking for 24 hours a day. This tool also gives them the ability to save, disregard, and mark certain homes for future visits to their webpage. They can save time and view more houses to find the home they are looking for. No matter what size home or price you have, I have diverse marketing plans that will suit your needs. No matter where you are looking to relocate or sell, I have studied that area, whether you live by the coast or the desert, there is nothing to big or to small that I couldn't handle.
