ABOUT DAN:

As a professionally licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker working in Brevard County, the "Space Coast" of Florida, I will provide you with the most comprehensive information available about this beautiful area. Originally a transplant from Ohio, and now a Brevard County resident for over 10 years, I specialize in residential relocation and constantly keep up with the everyday changes in the residential real estate market. I'll help you resolve your real estate problems with the peace of mind you deserve. And I know customer service is important to you. That's why it is the cornerstone of my business.

Prior to being a REALTOR®, I was employed as a Senior RF Systems Engineer and International Engineering Consultant in the wireless communications industry. I worked with several Fortune 500 corporations, but always continued my studies in real estate. My first research began while I was attending college at The University of Akron. Since I've always had a love of architecture and fine homes, I worked for several contractors as a remodeler, carpenter, and electrician to put myself through school. My lifelong interest and now extensive knowledge in architecture, construction, and real estate has lead me to use my skills to personally invest in and renovate properties. This eventually developed into a full time career as a professional REALTOR®/Broker helping families locate their dream home, or sell their current home to move to their next destination in life.

I very much enjoy the best of Florida's outdoor activities and watersports, motorcycling, jet-skiing, social events, art, architecture and interior design, custom renovations, gourmet foods and wines, traveling, reading, and creative investing.
