Meet Gerry Bourgeois, CRB, CRS
Starting in real estate in 1990, fresh out of Bentley College, I've enthusiastically pursued real estate, not as a job, but as a career! By constantly educating myself and obtaining several designations (CRB, CRS, GRI, SFR, SRES, e-PRO, LCM, ASR, SRS, RECS) as well as many continuing education classes (more than the State mandated requirements) and constantly researching local, state and national real estate trends & statistics, I'm always on the cutting edge. With nearly 1000 personally closed transaction sides, I have the "street smarts" as well as the "book smarts". I'm The ONLY recipient of the highest sales award from the NCMAR every year consecutively since 1995 until 2009 proving that I'm consistently among the top of my peers in sales. I was the President of Realtyman, Inc. d/b/a Towne & Country, Realtors in Leominster, MA 01453, which recently joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Leominster. I am one of the more influential Realtors in North Central MA due to my passion for the industry and my never ending quest to better myself - ultimately giving our clients an experience that will exceed their expectations! I was on the Board of Directors for the MA Chapter of CRS as Website Chair as well as a Public Relations committee member. I had the good fortune to be given the name of Gerry Bourgeois by a contractor doing repairs to my parents’ house in anticipation of selling it. I was a complete novice in the selling process and needed to have my “hand held” every step of the way.
