The Internet revolution to sell real estate has evolved significantly since I sold the first property on the Delmarva Peninsula on-line back in 1994 after registering liquidation.com to liquidate lots in a waterfront subdivision. Statistics report that in 2003 about 56% of people purchasing real estate used the Internet in one form or another in 2007 that figure is closer to 100%. The fact of the matter with hundreds of millions of people using the web for almost everything there is no centralized STANDARDIZED on-line real estate exchange to buy and sell property. My goal is to create the marketplace using a combination of on the ground agents with our custom online marketplace.

In 2006 over 1 million parcels of real estate were sold at auction in the United States at a value around $120 Billion dollars!
If you ask anyone who is the marketplace leader when you want to auction real estate? What name do you think of first? There are several well respected major nationwide real estate companies, I know many of them personally and they are great people who can get the job done... But let me tell you not one of them has a major share of the $120 Billion being sold at auction this year. There are about 27,000 people who call themselves "auctioneers" in the US and 6,000 accredited auctioneer members of the National Auctioneers Association. According to the Auction Marketing Institute there are currently less than 281 A.A.R.E. or Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate certified to list, market and sell real estate at auction. There is only one place in America to become "Certified" to sell real estate at auction and I am proud to be a member of that elite group and am honored to offer me services to you.
In 1998 I had a vision drive and desire to build the largest B2B Internet auction site in the world and after that to take on the on-line real estate marketplace since it was a wee bit larger and complex. I took my last business (liquidation.com) from a small b2b on-line auction located here on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and won the largest government auction contract in history to sell all US Military surplus on an exclusive basis. Let me tell you riding that dot-com bubble was on of the biggest trips of my life and my $100 Million Dollar education, more on that later.
My background is that of a serial entrepreneur who can see marketplace niches and develop solid system based plans or strategies. In plain English my simple bottom line is to take the 'mystery' out of buying and selling real estate. In my opinion and that of many people it is worse than buying a car with "secret" one-on-one negotiations, 32 to 54 page contracts with a bunch of stuff the average person doesn't understand. The bottom line is the same whether you buy a property at auction or negotiated purchase, you pay money for a property and it is what it is.
My goal is to simplify and standardize the auction process with easy to understand terms and a menu of prices posted on the wall.
