About Us:

I have been a Licensed Loan Consultant for 6 years.  I have 10 years previous experience as a Loan Processor.  I achieved the Certification for the Mortgage Planning Specialist in 2005.  I enjoy educating the public on the different loan programs available, so they can make an informed decision on the home loan and ensure success in achieving financial independence.

Areas of Expertise

I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.  I have knowledge of the tax benefits of owning not only a primary home but also an investment home and a second home is another location.

I work closely with First Time Homebuyers and help educate them on programs available for those with little or no money down.  I also work with them to increase credit scores so they can be assured of the best interest rate available.
