Born and raised in real estate, Rebecca White brings over three decades of experience to work for you! A strong negotiator and brilliant marketer, she works both hard and smart to get your home sold and/or to get you into a new home. A West Coast native, Rebecca has lived in the Bay Area off and on since the early 80's and the past 11 years in San Francisco. In her spare time, she enjoys local jaunts to Sonoma and Healdsburg and further sojourns to New Orleans and Roatan. She also enjoys attending the Symphony, volunteering at Glide, listening to live Blues music, and wine-tasting. Her San Francisco family consists of one cat, Maxx (a flame-point Siamese with a bob-tail), one bird, Cabo (a raucous Nanday conure/small parrot) and a newly-adopted Boston terrier, 'Livia.

Having lived in the North End of San Francisco for more than a decade, Rebecca White is intimately familiar with Nob Hill, Russian Hill and North Beach as these are the neighborhoods she lives, works, plays and owns property in. Rebecca works extensively with first-time home buyers & investors. To her, working with first-time buyers is very gratifying. She strongly believes that buying a first home is the most important financial investment that one ever makes. Studies have found that homeowners have significantly more wealth than non-homeowners. Helping a friend realize the American dream of home ownership is one of the great pleasures of Rebecca's career.

Building value through brains or sweat equity by buying a property with potential such as a fixer or short sale is a great opportunity as well. Having fixed up 4 properties; Rebecca knows the value that remodeling can add to a real estate investment.
