About Us:

Chris Sears serves as the Managing Director of Commercial Brokerage Services for KW Commercial in Houston. He has been actively licensed since 1997 and has a passion for professional growth, training, consulting, negotiation and leadership. He has served in various leadership roles during his career at Keller Williams including ALC, Team Leadership, trainer and business consultant to hundreds of real estate agents across the Houston area. Chris has experience in the residential and commercial sides of the real estate industry including office leasing, retail sales, leasing, development, multifamily sales up to 200 units and land development consultancy.

Chris has been active in serving in a leadership capacity for several non-profit organizations including HOPE Worldwide, community immunization projects, Habitat for Humanity, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, and several other organizations. Chris currently serves as the children's worship service leader at the church he and his family attend. He is married and has two sons, ages 8 and 4 years.

Chris is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, CCIM Candidate, Womens Council of Realtors and several chambers of commerce.
