It was important for us to buy a green house because of our concern for the environment and sustainability. Of course, it also helps save on utility bills. But mainly, we were sold on a Pioneer home because we wanted to reduce our energy "footprint," and contribute to a healthier world for our daughter to grow up. Terri, you were very helpful in working with us and answering (patiently) all of our questions. You also took the time to point out all the features which helped us to understand what a green home really meant.

Certainly there is a lot of development in north Texas to choose from but for us there was no contest. We were thrilled to learn that we could afford a green home, especially one as beautiful as this one.
