Reel Tours was created by a group of professionals including business consultants, web experts, and Realtors. Our goal was to create a truly affordable way for Real Estate professionals, as well as private property owners, to fully utilize the internet and video to achieve the quickest turnover of listings possible.

We use proprietary technology and professional experienced videographers to maximize the impact of your video. We add licensed music and professional voice over narration to compel the viewer to action. All this expertise means you get a professional product with the utmost perfection and appeal.

We are based in Englewood, CO (a suburb of Denver), but our services are available nationwide.       Consultation-The creation of an effective solution requires a clear understanding of your needs and goals. We take extra care to understand your objectives so we can tailor a highly effective video marketing piece that is in line with your budget, meets your timeline, and supports your objectives.                                                  

      Production                                                                                             

      Production-After developing a concept and project plan, we execute a highly organized and well-thought out production. Our production team includes experienced, talented, technically proficient videographers that acquire all necessary footage for the project and a staff of dedicated editors to create the most appealing video of your property possible. We also work with you to acquire any additional media required for your project. This media may include still photography, architectural renderings and branding assets.

      Editing                                                                                                    

      Editing-We take extra pride in our creative and technical abilities in post-production. During this stage of the project, we bring the video to life and compose the media mix consisting of video footage, still imagery, sound, music, graphics, and special effects. Our talented team utilizes a host of cutting-edge post-production facilities and programs to execute this crucial stage of production. You will have an active role in the post-production process as well. Once the rough-cut is assembled, you will be directed to a link to view the project and provide feedback.

      Posting                                                                                                   

      Posting-Once your project is completed and approved by you. We will add it to our Nationwide Listing Database with the proper search terms to allow easy finding by prospective buyers/renters. We will then post it to your MLS service. (if applicable) You will be provided the link information to allow you to post it from your own website, html emails, or even interactive listing catalogs.  (We can provide you with this if you don't already have one) You will also be provided a master copy CD or DVD for your own use. Multiple copies and custom print labeling/packaging are also available
